- AC Indoor Unit:
- General Inspection of unit.
- Checking and tightening of electrical items related to the unit.
- Tightening of all screws and bolts.
- Cleaning and servicing of unit drain line.
- Servicing of unit filter.
- Servicing of unit Coil by specialized chemical.
- Serving of fan motor along with fan blades.
- Cleaning of supply and return grills.
- Checking of room/grills temperature.
- Checking refrigerant lines for any leakages or improper insulation.
- Checking of thermostat for any malfunctions.
- AC Outdoor Unit:
- General Inspection of unit.
- Checking and tightening electrical items related to the unit.
- Tightening of all screws and bolts.
- Servicing of unit Coil by specialized chemical.
- Servicing of Compressor.
- Serving of fan motor along with fan blades.
- Checking gas pipes for any leakage or improper insulation.
